In Da Cottage

As the name suggests, in | da | cottage, an antique emporium in Suffolk, began in, well, a cottage. Yes, back in 2011 antique dealer Richard Atkinson and designer Rob Wyn Yates began the store in a small Suffolk cottage, where, for a few weeks a year, the usual contents of the house was replaced with a cornucopia of precious objects that the pair had collected over the years. Now, because those few weeks were just not enough for their avid followers, they relocated to an old barn-slash-former fire station in the nearby village of Framlingham. Inside lies a treasure trove of antiques and contemporary art – dating from the early 19th century right up to the present day – Richard and Rob’s interests ranging from twentieth century objects to kitchenalia and all that’s in between. And now, you have no need to schlep to the countryside (Fresh air? What’s that?) to get your hands on their goodies – the pair behind in | da | cottage have picked out a special selection of pieces for 10 Curates, ready for your shopping pleasure.
